Pretty basic book。 I enjoyed it！ Simply written， quick read， & easy to digest！ Only fault （if that） I found there were a little too many references to the other books in the series which didn’t really feel THAT relevant other than a mere selling point 👍🏻

if you're a joe dispenza fan and practice his breathwork and regularly attempt kundalini activation and heart orgasms as per his meditations， you will love this book。 it presents clear explanations and instructions on how to achieve what dr joe is talking about。 not to say that joe dispenza does a poor job at it。 but i know for sure i'm not the only one confused about how to achieve those heart orgasms he's talking about。 you know how sometimes you your math teacher explains something to you and if you're a joe dispenza fan and practice his breathwork and regularly attempt kundalini activation and heart orgasms as per his meditations， you will love this book。 it presents clear explanations and instructions on how to achieve what dr joe is talking about。 not to say that joe dispenza does a poor job at it。 but i know for sure i'm not the only one confused about how to achieve those heart orgasms he's talking about。 you know how sometimes you your math teacher explains something to you and you're like。。。wut？？ but when a classmate or tutor explains the same thing to you later in a different way， suddenly all makes sense？ that's all this is。 another way of explaining and presenting the same thing。 it's a very good book。 i highly recommend :） 。。。more
